Our Programmes
Three ways to bring order to what you hold
Whether you need a single sitting or a long-term family plan, Aurelane has a programme that fits. All are educational. None involve financial advice.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we run every programme
Every Aurelane programme starts from the same premise: that you already hold the documents you need — you just haven't had the right setting to look at them carefully. Our role is to provide that setting, and the structure that makes it productive.
We don't work from a template of what your pension should look like. We work from what you actually have. That means every session is specific to you, even though the process that guides it has been tested across hundreds of different document sets from dozens of countries.
Our facilitators are trained educators, not financial professionals. They are exceptionally good at explaining things clearly, at pacing a session to the person in front of them, and at noting when a question is one that needs to be taken elsewhere — to an accountant, to a pension authority, to a licensed advisor.

Programme 1
Information Clarity Session
A relaxed sitting that helps you make sense of the documents you already have and understand what each one is for. Educational and reassuring, with no licensed guidance offered.
This is the right starting point for most people. If you have a folder of pension correspondence and you're not entirely sure what each piece means, this session will clarify it. You leave knowing what you hold, what category each document belongs to, and what questions you might want to ask elsewhere.
- Single session, 90–120 minutes
- Works through every document you bring
- Plain-language explanation of each paper type
- Written session summary delivered within 24 hours
- No documents held, copied, or scanned
Programme 2
Records Review & Labelling Course
A structured course on reviewing, labelling, and safely storing important papers, with simple templates to take away. Focused on tidy, durable organisation.
This programme goes beyond understanding to doing. Over two sessions, you'll review your documents and build a labelling and filing system around them using our tested templates. By the end, every paper has a place — clearly marked, easy to find, and stored in a way that will still make sense in ten years.
- Two full sessions, each 90–120 minutes
- Labelling templates included and explained
- Physical and digital storage guidance
- Multi-country document categories covered
- Written summary after each session
Programme 3
Family Information Continuity Programme
A multi-session programme that helps families ensure key information is recorded, understood, and easy to locate over time. Centred on communication and document organisation.
This programme is for families who want shared clarity. Spread over 4–6 sessions, it brings together whoever in the family needs to understand where key papers are and what they mean. It's particularly valuable when one person has been the keeper of information that others — partners, adult children — would need to access in a crisis.
- 4–6 sessions spread over 6–10 weeks
- Multiple family members can attend
- Communication and record-keeping plan developed
- All templates and written summaries included
- Optional home visits for mobility-limited participants
